Application

The Downtown Branson Betterment Association (DBBA) coupled with World's Elite Marble Hunt, is happy to announce its schedule for its 2019 Historic Downtown Branson Marble & Glass Festival. We are looking forward to a great year and are happy to invite you to submit an application to be a part of our upcoming event!

Our festivals, where vendors display and sell their crafts, have traditionally been very successful. For the success of the festivals, we reserve the right to select vendor participation.  We welcome sponsors who would like to participate in our festivals in other ways and request you contact the DBBA directly at 417-334-1548 or by Email at Bransonmarblefest@mail.com.  In addition to providing our guests with a variety of glass and marble vendors, we will also have food trucks.

Agreement:

Vendors wanting to participate may submit photos and a completed agreement describing all products or services to be shown or sold. Payment in full must be submitted with completed application by May 31, 2019 for the Branson Marble Festival. All payments are final and there are no refunds

Historic Downtown Branson Betterment Association (DBBA), a 501C-3 non-profit organization, offers Coca Cola products and bottled water as a fundraiser for our non-profit organization and reserves the right to be sole vendor of these items.

The DBBA Festival Committee works diligently to accommodate the wants and needs of the town’s people, the vendors who participate in our festivals and the public. The committee greatly appreciates the quality, cleanliness and professionalism exhibited by the artisans and vendors.

We welcome you to come and enjoy our community for a weekend of fun and profit by showing off your imaginative creations! Since there are many instructions and regulations to help make this a great experience for all; including health, safety and fire codes, we ask that everyone read and complete the agreement.

Feel free to call 417-334-1548 with any questions.

ELECTRIC USAGE AGREEMENT

The Downtown Branson Betterment Association has arranged for the use of electricity for those vendors who purchase this privilege.  Electricity is a high cost addition to our wonderful and historical festivals and it is almost impossible to pre-measure usage and cost.  We at the DBBA appreciate your compliance with all of our electric usage regulations to help us keep the cost at a low rate to you as a vendor and to prevent our non-profit organization from having to pay extra fees after the events.  If you choose to add electric to your vendor booth, please complete the following.

NOTE:  Use of microwaves and hairdryers is restricted to those who have paid for the 220Volt outlet only

Description of item(s) you will be plugging into your outlet: ________________________

_________________________________________________________________________

Amp usage formula:      Watts ÷ volts = amps

Example:   500 watts ÷ by 110 volts = 4.5 amps

By signing this Electric Usage Agreement, I agree to bring my own three-prong, commercial grade electrical cord which will reach at least up to 100 feet in length, I agree to bring sufficient length and strength tape (preferably in a bright color) to secure my cord to the ground for the safety of all, I agree to know the voltage and amps of the electrical items I am bringing and plugging in to the DBBA electrical box, I agree to use only Event Committee approved electrical items which have been deemed to utilize no more than  8 amps combined, and I agree to maintain my usage compliance through the duration of the festival. I understand that my non-compliance with this agreement will prevent me from being accepted as a vendor for any future DBBA events.
